What happens
- The account immediately can no longer be used to log in.
- Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days after the request. Until then, you can cancel by logging in to the app again.
- Transaction records are still kept by us in accordance with legal obligations — see the next section.
- Orders still in progress continue to be processed until completed.
Data we still keep
Transaction records and shipping data are kept in accordance with tax and corporate record-keeping obligations, and are only accessed for audit, dispute, or official law enforcement request purposes.
How to request
Via the app: Profile › Settings › Delete Account.
Without the app: use the form below, or send a request to [email protected].
Requests are processed immediately: the account is deactivated right away and permanently deleted after 30 days.
